The 25-year-old Madhya Pradesh batter is living his dream in IPL 2024. He has smashed 156 runs in his first four games at a staggering strike rate of 205.2. He scored 61 off just 28 balls against the Mumbai Indians after coming into bat at 77/6 in a run chase of 193, but it went in vain. He was hitting sixes effortlessly for Jasprit Bumrah. In Syed Mushtaq Ali 2023, he smashed 183 runs in six innings at a strike rate of 269.12. He will be someone to watch out for as a finisher in the near future.
Abhishek Sharma
The Pune batter had an absolute blast in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, scoring 485 runs in 10 innings at a strike rate of 192.46. He has continued that form in this year's IPL, hitting the bowler for fun. He is scoring at a strike rate of 205.64 alongside his explosive opening partner, Travis Head. He has hit 35 sixes, the highest in IPL 2024, so far. He has been equally severe with both spinners and pacers.
