NMDC Steel listing today; here’s what analysts say about share price

The shares of mining major National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) Steel is all set to be listed on the exchanges on Monday (February 20, 2023).

The list is coming pursuant to the demerger from NMDC Limited. NMDC had announced the demerger of NMDC Ltd and NMDC Steel Ltd last year in October. NMDC shareholders were allotted one share of NMDC Steel for every equity share held.

“Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that effective from Monday, February 20, 2023, the equity shares of NMDC Steel Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of T Group of Securities. Further in terms of SEBI circular No. CIR/MRD/DP/02/2012 dated January 20, 2012; the scrip will be in Trade-for-Trade segment for 10 trading days,” the BSE had earlier informed.
