Wipro Q4 net profit down 7.6%, guides for muted Q1 growth

Wipro reported a weak Q4 with net profit at Rs 2,858.2 crore down 7.6% YoY compared to Rs 3,093.5 crore in the same quarter a year ago. The IT major’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 22,208.3 crore in Q4 FY24, down 4.2% from Rs 23,190.3 crore in Q4 FY23.
Providing a guidance for the quarter ahead, Wipro expects “revenue from our IT Services business segment to be in the range of $2,617 million to $2,670 million*. This translates to sequential guidance of (-)1.5% to +0.5% in constant currency terms.”
