108th Convocation of Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University Saturday

Nagpur: The 108th convocation ceremony of Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University took place on Saturday at Suresh Bhatt auditorium in Reshammbag, city. The Chief Justice of the country Sharad Bobde was the Chief Guest. The program was chaired by University Vice-Chancellor Dr. Siddhartha Vinayak Kane did this. During this time Dr. Vinayak Deshpande, the Vice-Chancellor in charge of the University, members of the Administrative Council along with all the founders were present on the stage. A total of 6 students of the university were awarded PhD in the convocation. Along with this, 50 thousand 936 students who completed their education in the Winter and Summer Examinations of the year 2014 were awarded Graduate and 13 thousand 34 students were given Post Graduate Degree. This year Dr. Srihari Chava, the chief guest, was awarded the D.Lit degree in the Commerce and Administration Branch.

During the convocation, Aayushi Sanjay Khandelwal, an MBA student of the Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Management Studies and Research, has received the highest CGPA and has received 4 gold medals. After this, Sayali Sandeep Bhave, a student of the main branch of Dr. Ambedkar Law College, Nagpur University, has obtained 4 gold medals in five-year BA LLB. Similarly, the postgraduate of the university, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, ideology department, Sakharam Ganpat Mandpe, has won 4 gold medals. Similarly, Madhuri Narayan Ghughuskar, a student of the postgraduate education department of the university, has 5 gold medals in the M.Ed exam, Rachna Prakash Kanojia, a student of postgraduate chemistry M.Sc, 4 gold and 1 silver medal, while Mrinal Manoj Khobragade, student of the public relations department of the university, 3 Gold medal and 2 awards were given to the hands of Manyavar.
