Man gangrapes, murders mentally challenged 10-year-old sister with his friends

After the victim went missing, her father filed a missing compliant with the police after which the police started a search operation for the 10-year-old.

After couple of days, the father of the victim went to the police with clothes and slippers of the minor girl, which they claimed to have recovered in the forest nearby. It was after this that the police found the deadbody of the minor in the forest area.

Police scanned call records active in the area and probe was narrowed down on the accused. Police then found a witness who had last seen the victim with her brother. He was called for interrogation in which he admitted to have committed the crime. Said police. He alsong with his three friends were taken into custody on Saturday.

According to the police, the accused had taken the minor to a secluded spot to murder her. However, after reaching the place, the gangraped the 10-year-old.
 

Police on Saturday took a man along with his three friends into custody on charges of murder and gangrape of his 10-year-old mentally challenged sister in Jaipur’s Mohanarpur.

The main accused reportedly took his mentally challenged sister to an isolated place with help of his friends om 17th May to murder her as he saw her as a burden. However, the four, raped the victim and thrittled her to death.

Preliminary investigation suggest that the accused connsidered his sister a burden as she was unable to do her daily chores and didn’t have control on her bowel movement.

A case had been lodged and investigation is underway, added police.
