Inside Shahid Kapoor And Mira Rajput's Rs 58 Crore Duplex In Mumbai: Earthy Tones, Art Pieces, And Greenery

Mira Rajput is known for her penchant for all things aesthetic. The social media influencer and entrepreneur recently gave her fans a tour of her opulent sea-facing Mumbai home, which is a perfect blend of her and her husband Shahid Kapoor’s aesthetics and personality. Their 10,000 sq ft duplex home features luxe interiors and ample natural lighting.

In an interview with Architectural Digest, Mira Rajput gave her fans a sneak peek into her Mumbai duplex house, which is a harmonious blend of art, functionality, and warmth. She said, “Shahid and I have very different aesthetics. It was about finding the balance between form and function for both of us: trying to get a sense of calm and allowing both of our personalities to shine.”

Mira and Shahid’s four-bedroom duplex house is an oasis of comfort and modern sophistication in the heart of Mumbai. The upper level features a glam room, a cosy guest room, Shahid’s DJ setup, an open-air gym, a compact pantry, and a dedicated office, allowing work and home life to coexist effortlessly. The house has been thoughtfully designed by architect Annkur Khosla.

The most striking feature, apart from the other accent pieces, is the striking geometric black staircase. The interiors are decked with green plants, earthy tones, and a playful blend of rich textures, which makes the place more warm and inviting. The house features personal touches from both Shahid and Mira. The light pieces in the house are a piece of art in themselves.

Mira also has stunning art pieces on display in the house – a Radhakrishnan sculpture in the entrance lobby, a colour-changing Yuvaan Bothysathuvar piece in the dining room, and a striking Subodh Kerkar work.

Situated in Three Sixty West in Mumbai’s Worli, the house offers stunning views of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link. It is valued at approximately Rs 58 crore.
